About Me
My goal as a designer is to make the distinctive visual solution that others may not. I come from a school where the professors taught me the principles of design, but also encouraged me to push boundaries and break barriers. My drive for creativity and desire to make something meaningful brought me to this career. Image making keeps my mind open to different ideas and ways of communicating. I’m always willing to look at a project from a different angle. Making an image is often a communal process, so I’ve learned to adjust quickly to create better.
I want to change the visual landscape of graphic design; I want to keep pushing the limits until I fall off the graphic design cliff. As I continue my work in design, my appreciation for historic imagery has grown strong. For this reason, analog print is a typical part of my creative process. My portfolio reflects a balance of print and digital media, and sometimes I combine them. This is my approach to strengthen and challenge our visual landscape.
